Scotty D. has
been involved in the health and fitness industry for over
ten years. He
received a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Brockport and a Masters of
Art and Liberal Studies from Stony Brook University. During his years as a
personal trainer, he has devoted his time and attention to teaching and
motivating his clients, as well as, providing encouragement and support in
changing the behaviors necessary to create lifelong healthy habits. He has
worked with people of all ages, fitness levels, and
abilities and attacks fitness from every angle; from exercise
to diet.
Scotty D. wants to help you overcome your obstacles and
teach you to view fitness in a new light. He will show you
that personal training is built around not only short term,
pass or fail goals, like losing 20 lbs, but rather a healthy
lifestyle change that includes an ongoing string of
successes to make sure you feel good all along the way.
