A few words from Scotty D. "My passion for the health and fitness industry was sparked at a young age, unbeknownst to me.  Coupled with natural motivation and a love for sport, my fate was determined.  Always lucky to interact with positive, influential people, my high school wrestling coaches came into my life, both vehemently stressed conditioning, through proper nutrition, weight training, and cardiovascular fitness.  As a result, I have lived a life through my value for health and fitness as evidenced by my profession as both a physical education teacher and a personal trainer."
